I'm calling everyone. Not just the ZBA folks the alternates, but the county commissioners and elected officials, too. Let's stop this thing in its tracks.

Send them all letters telling them that they need to listen to those of us that live here and care about history... Not a BIG CORPORATION that only cares about $$$$$

National Heritage areas designated by Congress are: "places where natural, cultutal, historic, and recreational resources combine to form a cohesive and distinctive landscape, which tell nationally important stories and represent the national experience through both physical features and the traditions that have evolved within them."

The whole state of TN is a national heritage area and tells the whole story of America's greatest challenge, 1860-1875, through Civil War and Reconstruction-era sites and resources across the state.

The Center of Historic Preservation at Middle TN State University represents a partnership to enchance, promote, intgerpret the legacy of the Civil War and its aftermath in TN.

The landscapes and famous historic homes of Castalian Springs were deeply affected by the Civil War and reconstruction. Why would any company want to disrupt this historical area for profit to destroy the landscape and history or why any residents would support this is a mystery!
